Return Process - Step by Step

1.   Initiate Your Return

          Log in to your account on our website

      Go to My Orders Order Details Click "Request Return"

          Select the reason for return from the dropdown menu

          Upload clear photos showing the issue (for defects/damage/wrong item)

          Submit your request

2.   Review & Approval (Within 24 Hours)

          Our team reviews your request and supporting photos

          You'll receive an email with approval status or clarification request

          If approved, return instructions will be provided

3.   Return Shipping Arrangement

          Seller-Paid Returns (for defects, damage, wrong item): We'll email you a prepaid return label. Simply pack the item securely and hand it to the courier during pickup.

          Customer-Paid Returns (for change of mind, quality concerns): You'll receive instructions to ship via your preferred courier. Estimated cost: ₹80-100 depending on location. Keep your tracking receipt.

4.  Pickup & Transit

          Courier pickup scheduled within 3-5 business days

          Pack the item securely in its original packaging

          Include all accessories, tags, certificates (if any)

          You'll receive tracking details via SMS and email

5.   Quality Check at Our Warehouse

          Once we receive the product, our team inspects it within 48 hours

          We verify the product condition matches your claim

          We check for signs of use, damage caused post-delivery, or missing components

6.  Refund Processing

          If quality check passes, refund is initiated immediately

          Email confirmation sent with refund amount breakdown

          Refund reflects in your account within 3-5 business days (varies by payment method)

 


 

What Counts as "Acceptable Condition" for Returns?

Your return will be approved if the product meets these conditions:

Size/Fit Issue

Unworn and unused. Bracelet thread should not be stretched. Original packaging intact.

 

Returns Will Be Rejected If:

          Product shows signs of heavy use (e.g., beads worn smooth, thread frayed, idols with user-caused damage)

          Original packaging, tags, or certificates are missing

          Product has been altered, customized, or modified by the customer

          Hygiene concerns (opened incense packets, used paste/kumkum)

          Return request initiated after 3 days from delivery date

          Product damage occurred after delivery due to customer mishandling

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size/fit issues on bracelets and malas only.

Exchange Process:

1.   Initiate a return request and select "Exchange" as your preferred resolution

2.   Specify the correct size or alternative product

3.   We'll verify stock availability and confirm via email

4.  Once your returned item reaches us and passes QC, we'll ship the replacement immediately

5.   No additional shipping charges for exchanges on fit issues

If the replacement item is:

·       Same price: No additional payment required

·       Higher price: Pay the difference before we ship

·       Lower price: We'll refund the difference to your original payment method

·       Out of stock: We'll offer a full refund instead

 


 

Damaged or Missing Items in Delivery

If your order arrives with visible damage to the package or items are missing:

1.   Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged or tampered with

2.   If you've already accepted, take photos/videos immediately (within 24 hours)

3.   Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

4.  Upload clear images showing the packaging damage and the product condition

5.   We'll fast-track your refund or replacement (usually within 3-5 days)

 


 

COD Orders - Special Conditions

For Cash on Delivery orders, the return process is the same, but:

          Since you haven't paid online, there's no refund to process

          For defects/wrong items, we'll arrange free reverse pickup

          For change of mind returns, you'll need to pay return shipping (₹80-100) to the courier partner during pickup

          If you want a refund instead of replacement, provide your bank account details for direct transfer

 


 

Fraud Prevention Notice

We maintain a fair and transparent system for all customers. To prevent misuse:

          All returns are photographed and documented during QC

          Serial numbers on high-value items are tracked

          Customers with repeated "change of mind" returns (more than 2 in 6 months) may be flagged for review

          Attempting to return a different or substitute product will result in account suspension and no refund

          False claims of defects that don't match our QC findings will forfeit the refund
